Signed by Billy Corgan
Personally signed by Billy Corgan.
For collectors, the appeal of this piece goes beyond the character itself. The figure captures Corgan at one of the most recognisable points of The Smashing Pumpkins’ career, making the autograph particularly well matched to the collectible.
Rather than simply adding a signature to a generic Funko figure, the piece brings together the artist, the character and the imagery of one of his most enduring music videos.
About “Tonight, Tonight”
Released in 1996 as a single from Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, “Tonight, Tonight” became one of The Smashing Pumpkins’ most celebrated songs and remains particularly remembered for its extraordinary cinematic music video.
Inspired by Georges Méliès’ pioneering 1902 film A Trip to the Moon, the video created a fantastical Victorian-era world in which Billy Corgan and the band appeared as characters within an elaborate cinematic adventure.
Its distinctive visual style has remained closely associated with The Smashing Pumpkins and helped make “Tonight, Tonight” one of the most memorable music videos of the 1990s.
This Funko interpretation captures that visual identity in a compact and highly displayable form.
